EEC 056: How Do You Change a Culture? With Javier Bajer
Javier, the British media defines you as a Cultural Architect. Isn’t Culture something too fluid to use the word architecture? Isn’t it something we just need to work through?
It is quite common to blame the culture of an organization for not producing the desired results or being impediments to enacting strategies. i.e. financial service organizations were severely penalized for bad behaviors. The common perception is that it is necessary to punish bad behavior to discourage any emulation. Can you comment on this?
If behaviors are the outcome of beliefs, tell us more about how to change Beliefs.
Last year you (and your team) received the top award from the C40 for your work within the City of Buenos Aires. Can you tell me more about this award?
How do you link coaching with culture?
Javier, you mentioned organizations have a sense of purpose, many would argue that their sole objective is to make money and only have a CSR agenda to complement their business objectives. What’s the problem with this?
What tips or resources can you share with our listeners?
