DJ Mitsch is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and coach. She is considered a thought leader in the coaching profession, a Master Certified Coach – – one of the first 25 designated by ICF. As the 2001 President of the ICF, DJ led the association across borders to become recognized as the global professional society of coaches. She served on the Board of Directors as a founding member for 6 formative years as the ICF developed the certification programs, professional ethics, and standards for coaching.
DJ Mitsch
DJ co-founded The Pyramid Resource Group, The Corporate Coaching Company, in 1994 with husband Barry Mitsch. The company has been innovative in leading a masterful group of coaches who team to serve Fortune 100 and international organizations through custom initiatives designed to facilitate change and team leadership. DJ was featured as Change Agent for PharmaVoice’s Top 100 2013 in recognition of her work in team coaching initiatives that drive employee engagement. In January 2013, she also founded The Healthcare Coaching Institute (HCI) to serve the growing need to prepare coaches to work with leaders in the chaotic business of healthcare. HCI is an advanced business coaching course program and is an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
DJ has been quoted or featured in business and trade publications as broad ranging as PharmaVoice, Kiplinger Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Simple Living, Hr. COM, USA Today and France’s LeObservateur. She and her team are responsible for some of the first and most rigorous case studies on the impact of coaching in organizations and continue to publish white papers to advance the coaching profession.
Prior to entering the coaching field, DJ had a stellar 20-year career as a broadcast and sports network executive, leading top producing broadcast and sales teams.
