The work Nick has been doing over the last 10 years has been around Authentic Leadership at the Authentic Leadership Institute. Nick co-wrote with Bill George a book called, “Finding Your True North” about eight years ago. Most recently, he published a Harvard Business Review article called, “From Purpose To Impact”, which is really some of the more recent insights that he has around “what does it take to become an authentic leader.” Before writing, “Finding Your True North” he spent many years coaching and consulting around the world and worked on different projects at Harvard or MIT. He will talk to us about Authentic Leadership, tips, and strategies to develop it.
