Who is Ann Betz?
Ann Betz, CPCC, is a co-founder of BEabove Leadership. She is known for her ability to bring cutting-edge theory to life with fun, engaging processes and practical tools. Ann is on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and also serves as a consultant to CTI on the neuroscience of coaching. She trains and coaches in both the corporate and non-profit world, designing and leading programs for clients including Nestle, Medtronic, Cargill, and American Public Media, as well as many public school districts and service organizations. A long-time student of consciousness, Ann studied neuroscience on the graduate level at the NeuroLeadership Institute and with Dr. Dan Siegel. With her business partner, Ursula Pottinga, Ann developed and co-leads the advanced coaching series Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, which is available in North America and the UK.
